Brooke completed her Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience and Russian Language from Trinity College, followed by a Master of Public Health from Morehouse School of Medicine, and her PhD in Epidemiology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Loucha Simon-Francois has over 15 years of experience in higher education and youth advocacy. Her current focus as a College Access Consultant is guiding parents in supporting their children. As the Youth Council Coordinator for TCG Impact, Loucha fosters youth engagement and leadership development. As Founder of TCG Impact, the organization has empowered over 13,000 students in Atlanta through civic engagement, leadership development, and education—securing significant funding from global and local partners. At the Arthur M. Blank Family Foundation, she directed more than $24M in philanthropic investments, transforming initiatives like Mercedes-Benz Stadium into an early voting site and launching key social justice and community engagement programs.
Beyond her professional achievements, Jacoria is a devoted daughter, sister, and friend who brings heart and humanity to her work. As the Social Action Coordinator for Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. in Georgia, she leads over 8,000 members in advocating for vulnerable populations, further underscoring her deep commitment to the community.
